VEZBA provides community-based rehabilitation and reablement services, including Exercise Physiology and related support services.
Services are delivered by appropriately qualified clinicians and are provided within professional scope-of-practice guidelines.
Health information and safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant health information to support safe service delivery.
VEZBA does not provide medical diagnosis or emergency medical care. If urgent medical attention is required, clients should contact emergency services or their GP.
Bookings and fees
Fees and funding arrangements vary depending on the service pathway (NDIS, SIRA/Workers Compensation, Aged Care, Private).
Clients or referrers will be informed of applicable fees, billing arrangements and any travel charges prior to commencing services.
Cancellations
Cancellations and missed appointments are managed in line with VEZBA’s Cancellation & Appointment Policy. Charges may apply where sufficient notice is not provided.
Privacy
VEZBA is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal and health information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
