  • Neurological conditions

  • Physical disabilities

  • Reduced mobility or balance

  • Deconditioning or low strength

  • Functional decline affecting daily activities

What we do

Our NDIS services focus on functional rehabilitation and reablement, not generic exercise programs.

Support may include:

  • Strength and conditioning for everyday tasks

  • Balance and mobility training

  • Walking and transfers

  • Community participation support

  • Fatigue management and endurance

All programs are evidence-based, individualised and progressed safely.

Rehabilitation is most effective when it reflects real life.

VEZBA delivers NDIS support through:

  • In-home sessions

  • Community-based environments (parks, local settings)

  • Gym-based sessions, where appropriate

Care is delivered where it best supports independence and participation – not just where equipment is available.

How NDIS Support works

We take a considered, step-by-step approach to ensure services are appropriate and aligned with your NDIS plan.

Step 3: Initial assessment

We assess movement, strength, function and goals in the appropriate setting.

Step 4: Program design

A tailored rehabilitation or reablement program is developed.

Step 5: Ongoing support

Programs are progressed over time to support independence and capacity building.

Step 2: Plan & funding review

We confirm funding, plan type and whether Exercise Physiology is suitable.

A referral can be made by a participant, family member or Support Coordinator.
