VEZBA accepts referrals for community-based rehabilitation and reablement services across NDIS, SIRA / Workers Compensation, Aged Care – Support at Home, and private rehabilitation pathways.

Referrals can be made by health professionals, support coordinators, care partners, family members or individuals themselves.

VEZBA provides community-based rehabilitation and reablement services across the following pathways:

  • NDIS – Capacity building and functional rehabilitation

  • SIRA / Workers Compensation & CTP – Injury rehabilitation and return-to-work support

  • Aged Care – Support at Home – Reablement and mobility support

  • Private Rehabilitation – Self-funded functional rehabilitation
