Who we support

VEZBA supports injured workers and individuals recovering from motor vehicle injuries who want to safely regain function and capacity.

We support clients with a wide range of injuries, including:

  • Musculoskeletal injuries (back, neck, shoulder, knee)

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation

  • Reduced work capacity or physical tolerance

  • Deconditioning following injury or time away from work

  • Ongoing pain impacting daily tasks

Programs are tailored to the individual, their injury, job demands and recovery stage.

What we do

Our SIRA and Workers Compensation services focus on functional rehabilitation – not generic exercise programs.

Support may include:

  • Strength and conditioning for work and daily tasks

  • Movement retraining and load tolerance

  • Functional lifting, carrying and postural tasks

  • Conditioning to support endurance and work capacity

  • Graduated progression aligned with recovery milestones

All programs are evidence-based, individualised and progressed safely.

Where services are delivered

Rehabilitation is most effective when it reflects real-life demands.

VEZBA delivers SIRA and Workers Compensation rehabilitation through:

  • In-home sessions

  • Community-based environments (parks, local settings)

  • Gym-based sessions, where appropriate

Care is delivered where it best supports recovery and return-to-work goals – not just where equipment is available.

How workers compensation support works

We take a clear, step-by-step approach to ensure rehabilitation is appropriate and aligned with injury management and recovery plans.

Step 3: Initial assessment

We assess movement, strength, function and work-related demands.

Step 4: Program design

A tailored rehabilitation program is developed to support recovery and capacity.

Step 5: Ongoing support

Programs progress over time to support safe recovery and return to work.

Step 2: Claim & approval review

We confirm claim details, approvals and service suitability.

Step 1: Referral or enquiry

A referral is made by a GP, employer, insurer, case manager or client.
